How innovative environments create growth throughout Greater Stockholm

During Science Week on January 29, Invest Stockholm, Region Stockholm and the region’s innovation nodes invite Stockholm business leaders and entrepreneurial organizations to a presentation on how to jointly create the innovative Stockholm region of the future.

The innovative environments presented are: Barkarby Science, Flemingsberg Science, Kista Science City, Stockholm Science City and Södertälje Science Park.

Together with Daniel Forslund, Deputy Regional Council (L) and chair of the Innovation and Development Committee in the Stockholm region, and Anna Gissler, CEO of Invest Stockholm, we will discuss how the municipalities’ attractiveness is strengthened through collaboration with and between the innovation nodes.

The presentation will take place on January 29 at 13.00 – 14.30 during Science Week in Södertälje Science City.

University places increased in record time

KTH is one of the universities set to receive government support in the wake of the corona crisis. Around an additional 700 places in foundation technology courses at KTH Royal Institute of Technology will make it easier for more people to retrain. Resources will also be allocated to establish more permanent course places.
