Today the Flemingsberg Science Foundation announces that AWA has become a Trusted Partner, entering into a strategic collaboration aimed at promoting and strengthening the development of ATMP (Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products) and the Life Science sector in Flemingsberg.

With the rapid development of ATMP in Flemingsberg, the foundation seeks to create a strong support network for individuals and companies within Life Science. Through this partnership with AWA, we are taking another significant step towards building a robust infrastructure for innovation and growth in the region.

“We have been in dialogue with AWA for some time regarding the opportunities that exist and are emerging in Flemingsberg. The ATMP-Flemingsberg initiative aligns well with AWA’s expertise, and for us, they are an actor that can truly enhance the conditions for continued development. Their membership in Innovation Station also means that companies in Flemingsberg will have direct access to services such as intellectual property rights.” – Johnny Högberg, CEO of Flemingsberg Science Foundation.

As a Trusted Partner, AWA will offer tailored services, training, lectures, and events for the Flemingsberg Business Community. With their presence in Flemingsberg, they can efficiently and effectively address the specific needs of companies and organizations within the Life Science sector.

“We at AWA trust the power of collaboration and like to believe that the greatest things are born when diverse expertise cross paths. Flemingsberg Science Foundation creates a unique platform for fostering collaboration between key players of the blooming ATMP field, and we are excited to contribute with our expertise in IP-related matters. We know IP inside and out and we will turn it inside-out for untapped potential to support members of the community in building tomorrow’s prosperity. We are particularly dedicated to overcome challenges in obtaining patent protection for cutting edge ATMP technologies, and we cannot wait to discuss the most recent advances with innovators in the Flemingsberg cluster.” – Joanna Applequist and Edit Szodorai, AWA.

We hope that more will join us as Trusted Partners. If you are someone who can contribute to strengthening the innovation environment and business climate in Flemingsberg, don’t hesitate to get in touch!
