Meet us at NLSDays

In the south of Stockholm you’ll find Flemingsberg, home to a vibrant life science cluster that’s rapidly emerging as an attractive location for life science companies to establish. Here, academia, business and society form a dynamic ecosystem, fueling innovation and growth. And with more companies establishing and collaborations further deepening, the opportunity to expand and invest have never been greater. This year, we are therefore participating in NLSDays in Gothenburg, where we will showcase Flemingsberg’s unique strengths and invite more stakeholders to become part of our thriving life science environment.

World-class infrastructure and knowledge

Flemingsberg is a gateway to one of Sweden’s most complete life science ecosystems – combining access to top-tier research, a growing cluster of innovative companies and unbeatable proximity to healthcare. Here, you’ll find Europe’s best hospital, five colleges and an upper secondary school. A stone’s throw away is Novum Research Park, hosting the innovative co-working concepts Novum Labs and The Park, and neighbors such as NextCell Pharma, Circio, Sprint Bioscience and AlzeCure Pharma. Another stone’s throw away lies Alfred Nobels allé, with three prime locations at a total of 15,172 square meters, ready to be transformed into facilities for life science companies.

From idea to success

Whether you’re expanding into the Nordics or scaling globally, Flemingsberg offers the environment, support and partnerships to help you succeed from day one. Actively supporting both existing and new companies is also Flemingsberg Science Foundation. Through the three-year ERDF-funded project Life Science Cluster Flemingsberg, they are boosting the growth and establishment of small and medium-sized enterprises.

“We work with developing the cluster by creating the right conditions for companies to grow, establish themselves, and become part of our thriving community,” says Natasha Bank, Cluster Manager at Flemingsberg Science Foundation.

A growing urban city

Flemingsberg is also one of the designated urban centers in the Stockholm region. With the ambitious goal of 50,000 residents, 50,000 workers, and 50,000 daily visitors, Flemingsberg is developing into a vibrant urban city. With new housing being built, modern offices and lab spaces, and only 19 minutes to central Stockholm – Flemingsberg is perfectly positioned for both business and lifestyle.

“Science never sleeps, and neither does Flemingsberg. Here, everything is possible – with a thriving ecosystem, world-class research, and innovation-ready infrastructure all in place. Get in touch, we’ll help you take the next step!”

At NLSDays, you’ll find us at the Flemingsberg booth alongside representatives from the real estate companies Fabege and Hemsö. See you at booth B02:24.

Limitless Potential: Winner of the Flemingsberg Science Award 2025

Young people in disadvantaged areas often face mental health challenges and a lack of support, which can lead to isolation and destructive choices. Limitless Potential, winner of the Flemingsberg Science Award IDEA 2025, has created a safe space where creativity and social entrepreneurship come together to support youth.

50 years of life-changing therapies

On November 12 1975, the first allogeneic stem cell transplantation in Sweden was performed at Huddinge Hospital, here in Flemingsberg. On November 12 1975, the first allogeneic stem cell transplantation in Sweden was performed at Huddinge Hospital, here in Flemingsberg. From nuclear catastrophe the foundations of bone marrow transplantation had emerged, and with it, the birth of modern stem cell therapy — the same principles that today underpin cell and gene therapies and CAR-T treatments.

The Royal Opera and Idun Lovén Art School Create Art in Flemingsberg

In Flemingsberg, education, art, and culture come together in a unique way.
