Accommodation options
The Flemingsberg campus area offers modern housing suitable for students, doctoral students, and researchers, with or without families. Byggvesta is now building an additional 800 new student and researcher residences, with the first units expected to be completed in 2026.
Huge has approximately 1,650 apartments in Flemingsberg. At Flemingsberg Centrum, Huge Fastigheter is building another 210 new homes, ready for occupancy in 2026.

Commuting options
It is easy to get to and from Flemingsberg. Both commuter and long-distance trains stop at Flemingsberg station, and the journey to central Stockholm takes around 18 minutes. You can also travel quickly and easily between Uppsala, Arlanda, and Flemingsberg with Mälartåg and SJ InterCity trains. There are also many bus routes in the area.
