8:40 Kristina Kannisto, Project leader Centre for Advanced Medical Products (CAMP), Swelife ATMP and ATMP Sweden, will start with an overview of the ATMP landscape in Sweden and the environment in Stockholm. Kristina is also the single Entry Point och regulatory support at Karolinska Centrum för Cellterapi (KCC).

8:50 Anna Pasetto, Facility Manager at the pre-GMP facility at ANA Futura, tells about their offer to companies followed by Magnus Essand, Professor of gene therapy at Uppsala University, CSO and co-founder of Elicera Therapeutics will share their experience from working with ANA Futura.

9:10 Pontus Blomberg, Head of Unit for KCC and GMP production unit Vecura, tells about their offer to companies followed by Johan Liwing, CEO at XNK Therapeutics who shares his experience from the GMP facility at Vecura.

A national resource for tomorrow’s treatments – Karolinska ATMP Center is now inaugurated

With a clear message of hope for the future and a powerful spirit of collaboration, the Karolinska ATMP Center in Flemingsberg was inaugurated at the end of August. The center is a collaboration between Karolinska Institutet and Karolinska University Hospital and will serve as a national resource for the production of advanced therapies (ATMPs), where research, clinical trials, and treatments work seamlessly together to deliver groundbreaking therapies to patients.
