Iva Filipovic is a team leader t Karolinska Institutet, and in this talk she will share how Swedish startup grants enabled her to launch a new research program in systems immunology.

Teodora Andonova has worked in capital raising for life science companies for the last five years, today at KI Innovations as a Business Advisor and Investment Manager. She has the investor and company perspective, and present them both here and how they should meet for a successful capital raise.

Life Science Invest is the Nordic region’s largest angel network in life science with experienced entrepreneurs who invest smart money in startups in Life Science and Medtech. Has raised a total of SEK 91 million and so far invested SEK 56 million in 35 companies + SEK 20 million in direct investments from the partners.
