The successful concept Station X is back with its second event, this time with the theme of Games - Design and Development. Around 70 game enthusiasts gathered, including researchers, companies, and students.

Innovation Station in Flemingsberg has recently become a proud member of the Global Design Thinking Alliance (GDTA), an association that promotes excellence in Design Thinking worldwide. Through this partnership, Innovation Station and Södertörn University not only aim to elevate their own competence and positioning but also to actively contribute to increased global dialogue and collaboration. Additionally, they wish to share their expertise and experience to support and promote urban development in Flemingsberg.

Earlier this year, Campus Flemingsberg hosted its annual Open House, a day aimed at attracting more applicants to Sweden's largest multi-university campus and spreading awareness of the wide range of programs offered in the area. To convey this, we have recently launched a value proposition for Flemingsberg together with key stakeholders to identify and package the soul, heart and DNA of Flemingsberg.

Earlier this spring, the Flemingsberg Science Foundation hosted a pitch workshop aimed at supporting entrepreneurs and innovators with promising ideas in Flemingsberg to elevate their concepts to the next level. This workshop coincided with our prestigious competition, Flemingsberg Science Award.

For the past ten years, NextCell Pharma has been developing cell therapies for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, operating Sweden's largest stem cell biobank through its subsidiary, Cellaviva, and conducting five clinical trials. They celebrate this milestone by launching their third subsidiary, QVance.

Earlier this year we hosted the most meaningful ATMP event of the spring, in collaboration with Miltenyi Biotec and the Karolinska ATMP Center, Karolinska University Hospital and Karolinska Institutet. We gathered over 120 participants, all sharing a vision of creating momentum to accelerate access to ATMPs in the Nordics.
