Temporary diversion of Hälsovägen
On Hälsovägen, construction will soon start on 800 new homes, two preschools and premises. New walkways and squares will also be built here. A temporary diversion road has been built on Hälsovägen's central strip. The existing lane on the north side (from Huddingevägen in the direction of Flemingsberg's center) will be closed due to excavation work.

How Novum will become the “village church”
Within a few years, a light and airy wood structure will emerge from the centre of the existing Novum building in Flemingsberg. Hemsö has decided to renovate the building by 2024.
Södertörn University has the best education website in the country
In 2019, Södertörn University’s website was awarded the Publishing Prize. In 2020, IDG named it Sweden’s top education website.

📣24 hours before my new adventure at Stanford University begins, and this is how we wrap up before I go. 🥳With huge news from Press Start Game Tech Hub.
A total of SEK 11.5 million is now being invested in the development of Press Start GameTech Hub, an initiative created to strengthen the GameTech sector in the Stockholm region.
The project is led by Flemingsberg Science Foundation and Södertörn University, and will run from September 2026 to 2029.
I could not be prouder of how far Press Start has come in such a short time.
I was given the honor and the mission to found Press Start, and seeing it grow from an idea into one of Europe’s fastest-growing GameTech hubs has been one of the most meaningful journeys of my career.
And now, we are taking the next step.
Press Start now also has a GameTech Node in Silicon Valley, creating new opportunities to build bridges between Stockholm, Sweden, and one of the world’s most influential innovation ecosystems.
All with one clear goal:
To strengthen, support, and create real opportunities for our GameTech community in Stockholm.
What a way to close this chapter before Stanford.
And what a beginning for everything that comes next. 🙌
